I thrive on navigating complexity. I have operated internationally across diverse geographies, cultures, time zones and themes. I am experienced at building trust in complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-cultural environments, working alongside the private sector, government and not-for-profits. I hold a 1st Class BA Hons in Geography, an MSc in International Public Policy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Financial Management.
I find my own balance through a mix of exercise, work, meditation and friends and family. In my personal life, I am married with 2 small children In 2021, we left our life in London for the South Coast. I subsequently decided to make some career changes, including further investing in my coaching expertise at Henley Business School (Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching). I have no doubt that my own coaching sessions, together with seeing more sea, sky and green space, gave me the clarity and courage to reset my own balance and pursue my new career path with purpose.
