I have particularly found myself supporting those mid-career, who are managing a variety of competing pressures and ambitions. This often includes rapidly changing work contexts, busy jobs and stretching family commitments (all things I can firmly relate to!). Many want to create more meaningful purpose in their careers and balance in their lives. Some are feeling overwhelmed and pulled in too many directions.
Others have a clear goal and now want to make progress towards it.
For those in the professional world, my clients come from the private sector, government, NGOs and media, ranging from aspiring career starters through to mid-level and up to Director/C-Suite/Owner.
My current focus is on coaching individuals, either sponsored directly or through their organisations.

I provide a relaxed, empathetic and purposeful environment in which my clients feel empowered and enabled to do their best thinking. I come to the sessions ready to listen deeply and empathetically (meditation or a walk is useful here!), ask simple but powerful questions, and support you to design and plan the actions you want to take.
I don’t use a prescriptive approach or method. Each package of sessions is bespoke to you and your particular objectives. I draw on a range of psychological approaches and various tools and techniques which we adapt to be useful to you. I offer online coaching sessions as standard, and in-person wherever possible. For those clients who are drawn to the outside world and close enough geographically, we have the opportunity to explore the benefits of outdoor coaching, including walking by the sea or in the South Downs. This connection with the natural environment opens up new horizons for us all. The peer-reviewed evidence is mounting on this topic as well!
